Angeliki Papachroni
Angeliki Papachroni has joined the ESMT faculty as a lecturer for strategy and innovation.

Before coming to ESMT on November 1, she received her PhD in strategy and organizational ambidexterity from Warwick Business School. In her research, she examined how organizations deal with the conflicting demands of exploration and exploitation. Angeliki Papachroni brings the total number of ESMT faculty to 40 members from 17 countries, supporting ESMT in its goal to increase diversity within all parts of the business school.

“We are pleased to welcome Angeliki as a great addition to our faculty,” says Tamer Boyaci, ESMT Dean of Faculty and Research. “Her research expertise, as well as her experience in developing and teaching courses in strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation, will enrich our programs at ESMT.”
