Leadership programs are for assessing one’s abilities, improving upon them, and recognizing how to use them in goal-oriented ways to meet the targets of the organization.
However, these skills cannot be mastered in a single program. Young professionals choose programs that prepare them for leadership roles, primarily to learn how to lead and assemble teams, as well as ones that inspire and mobilize them.
