Our Recruitment Process - Step by Step

1. Your Application

  • You submit your application via our online tool.
  • Our HR team carefully reviews all incoming applications personally. As we receive a high number of applications, this step may take some time — we are committed to evaluating each candidate individually to find the best possible fit.

2. First Contact - Online

  • If your profile aligns with what we are looking for, we will reach out to schedule a first online interview via Zoom.
  • This conversation helps us get to know you better and gives you the opportunity to learn more about the position and ESMT.

3. Second Interview – at ESMT

  • If the first interview leaves both sides with a strong impression, we will invite you to a second, in-person interview at our campus.
  • This stage typically includes a case study and allows for a deeper discussion around the role.
  • You will also get the chance to experience our work environment and explore the ESMT building.

4. Final Decision

  • After the second round, we aim to reach a decision quickly.
  • If everything aligns from both sides, you will receive a job offer that includes all key information about your contract.
  • We will begin to plan your start date and the onboarding process, ensuring you have the best possible beginning at ESMT.
