A truly international learning environment
The ESMT Master Programs bring together ambitious students from around the world, each contributing unique perspectives and experiences to the classroom.
While many come with backgrounds in business or management, others join from fields such as economics, engineering, IT, communications, and beyond.
This diversity fosters a vibrant, collaborative learning environment across all three programs—one that truly reflects the global nature of modern business.
Global Impact Program (GIP)
Embark on a transformative experience with the GIP, in collaboration with UVA's McIntire School of Commerce. MGM students will spend Term 4 in Charlottesville engaging in a carefully crafted curriculum, then return to Berlin with UVA students to work together on the social impact project.
This immersive exchange brings together two world-class business schools in two major economies, preparing students to inspire and lead change in global organizations.
