DSI Director Gaycken elected Director of Research at French elite university

Sandro Gaycken, Director of the Digital Society Institute (DSI) at ESMT Berlin, has been named Director of Research for Cyber-Stability at the French National Research Center for Defense, Security, Terrorism and Radicalization.

The center is a unit of the National Conservatory of Arts & Manufacturing (CNAM), one of France’s Grand Écoles, the country’s most prestigious institutions of higher education.

Gaycken is an expert in cybersecurity and cyberwarfare. Among other things, he is an advisor to NATO and the German government and has helped develop the German foreign cyber policy strategy.
