Beth Sibly
Program Director
Beth joined ESMT with 20 years of experience in the field of international education and HR projects. Prior to her role at ESMT, she was Director of Professional Education and International Summer Schools at the Technical University of Berlin, delivering education programs in science, technology, engineering and entrepreneurship to international participants.
Beth has worked as a consultant on corporate learning and development projects in Germany, China and the US. In addition to her time in Berlin, she spent a number of years living in Beijing, where she worked at Mercedes-Benz, designing and implementing initiatives to attract, develop and retain senior managers and employees of Chinese Mercedes-Benz dealerships. She also spent several years working for the State Government of South Australia, where she was responsible for public policy development in the areas of science, technology and innovation.
At ESMT, Beth enjoys working with leaders and organizations to create meaningful, customized learning and development programs that enable participants to grow and meet their goals.
Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from Berlin, a Bachelor of International Business (Honours) from Flinders University and a Graduate Certificate of Marketing from the University of South Australia.
