"I had a wonderful experience at ESMT Berlin where I attended the Women's Leadership Excellence (WLE) program. This program is not intended to be a "girl power" brainwashing experience. Rather, it aims to enhance participants' understanding of the necessary qualities of being a forward-looking manager, emphasizes the importance of developing a strong network, and provides the opportunity to benefit from individual coaching.
