Benjamin Grosse Rueschkamp

Benjamin Grosse-Rueschkamp was awarded a doctoral degree from ESMT Berlin in July 2021. He was an ESMT PhD student since 2016 and participated in the Berlin Doctoral Program in Economics & Management Science (BDPEMS). Joining the BDPEMS as fast-track candidate, he was awarded an Einstein Fellowship, later a fellowship by the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft.
Benjamin received his Bachelor in Economics from the University of Bonn and his Master in Economics from Humboldt University of Berlin; before becoming a graduate student, Benjamin worked for the Boston Consulting Group.
His research interests lie in the areas of Financial Intermediation, Monetary Policy and Banking Regulation.
During the 2019 spring semester Benjamin was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University.
