Claudia Ocera

Lead Instructional Technologist

Claudia is responsible for researching and implementing educational technologies and processes and assisting instructors with technology-enhanced teaching and learning. She holds an MSc in Applied E-learning from Technological University Dublin.

Jannette Deng

Learning Designer

Jannette is a Learning Designer at ESMT Berlin. With a background in fine art, technology and education, she fuses design thinking and innovative pedagogical methods to cultivate impactful learning experiences.

Jon Demiglio

Lead Media Designer

Originally from the US, Jon has been working as a Media Designer in higher-education since 2013. He’s been at ESMT since 2018. Prior to his media design, he studied film theory and history.

Marina Petrova

Senior Media Designer/UX Designer

As a designer, Marina brings over a decade of experience in creating engaging media for learning in higher education. She integrates a rich background in sociology, filmmaking, and UX Research, leveraging design to elevate the digital learning experience.

Niko de Silva

Senior Learning Designer and Technical Project Specialist

Niko de Silva is a Senior Learning Designer and Technical Project Specialist at ESMT Berlin. He works with faculty to design and deliver award-winning learning experiences. A full stack web developer, Niko provides technical expertise on a range of innovative projects. He enjoys designing and building web-based products to solve problems faced by the ESMT community, such as the internal networking tool Latte Lotto.

Roselva Tunstall

Director

Roselva Tunstall is a digital learning leader with nearly two decades of experience helping institutions reach their full potential. She began her career as an educator in San Francisco and then went on to become the first director of the Sophie’s Scholars Program in Silicon Valley, focused on creating social impact through education. Roselva joined ESMT in 2015 and was one of the first team members of the newly founded EdTech Lab in 2018. Roselva holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s in Teaching and a Master’s in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco.
