Career support and guidance

The Careers team at ESMT Berlin are here to help you prepare for the next step in your career. They will help you:

get to grips with professional networking
offer tips for creating an impactful CV or fine-tuning your interview skills
providing hands-on career service support throughout the program.

You’ll also benefit from access to ESMT’s CV-building tool VMock, online resources such as JobTeaser and Talentspace, and recruitment events where you can meet recruiters and employers face-to-face.

ESMT Career Fair

Twice during the Part-Time MBA program, you have the opportunity to take part in our annual Career Fair with around 50 companies.

During the event, students can interact with recruiters, learn about attractive career opportunities in corporates, SMEs and startups and have individual meetings with potential employers.

The next Career Fair will take place in 2025. The first day will be online and the second on campus. This event is open for all ESMT students and alumni.

Company interaction

Throughout the year, the Career Development Center organizes online and on-campus company presentations.

These are used by employers to meet and attract talent and provide a perfect opportunity for you to network or just to find out more about an industry- or company that you might be interested working with.
