Konstantin Korotov
Biography
Prof. Konstantin Korotov is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and specializes in topics of leadership, change, and executive development. Through his research, teaching, and consulting, he supports global executives as they embrace opportunities and tackle the challenges of constantly evolving business environments and increasing demands from organizational stakeholders.
Konstantin’s clients include Allianz, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, E.ON, RWE, Lufthansa, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank, Postbank, the European Central Bank, B. Braun, KPMG, Elster Group, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson Medical, EY, Deloitte, ArcelorMittal, LSG Sky Chefs, Pernod Ricard, Cushman & Wakefield, Unilever, Shell, ConocoPhillips, Puma Energy, MBDA, Almirall Laboratories, Brose, and Compass Group.

Konstantin is the founder of the ESMT Coaching Colloquia – a premier series of professional events for executive coaches and researchers in the field. He has served as Director of the Center for Leadership Development research, Associate Dean of Executive Education, and Faculty Lead of the Executive MBA.
Prof. Korotov holds a PhD from INSEAD and a master’s degree from NYU. He received training in teaching and coaching at Harvard Business School, Kennedy School of Government, and INSEAD.
