Employer relations
ESMT collaborates with recruiters and companies interested in finding new talent. Career Services' Corporate Partnership is a three-way collaboration designed to help companies and MBA students establish direct contact. Companies take full advantage of these services to become personally acquainted with each of our Master's in Management and Full-time MBA students.
There are many ways to interact with students.

On-campus or Online Company Presentations
We invite companies to share their expertise and meet potential candidates by hosting a company presentation, workshop or networking session. Events can take place on campus or online and be open to all student groups or to a particular cohort, depending on the content, target group and timing.
We look forward to discussing possible dates and event formats with you.
Please reach out to the Career Development Center team via email to cdc@esmt.org.
Off-campus Company Visits
Employers can host ESMT students at their offices for a presentation, case study or networking session. It is a chance to attract qualified candidates by providing a positive experience to students and giving them valuable insights into the company culture.
We look forward to discussing this possibility with you.
Please reach out to the Career Development Center team via email to cdc@esmt.org.
Access to students’ CVs
Find the best business talent in our CV and Profile Books.
Every year, the Career Development Center team creates Profile and CV Books to support students in their job search and companies in their search for talent:
-
The Master in Management (MIM) Profile Books are published in the beginning of the program. They include the profiles of students available for mandatory internships.
-
The CV Books are created for both MIM and full-time MBA students several months before graduation. The MIM CV Book includes soon-to-be graduates looking for entry-level positions. In the MBA CV Book, employers can find more experienced professionals suitable for mid-level and senior positions.
Companies are encouraged to review the Profile/CV Books and get in touch directly with students who match their interests and recruitment needs.
Request access to the available Profile and CV books by emailing cdc@esmt.org.
ESMT Career Platform – JobTeaser
Publish current job openings on our JobTeaser platform.
Companies can publish internship and job opportunities on our internal job portal regularly with a free recruiter account. When posting a vacancy, we ask you to include information about the company, a job description, an application deadline, and contact details.
The ESMT Career Portal JobTeaser can be accessed via this link.
Consulting Projects for Full-time MBA students
As an academic assignment each fall, ESMT full-time MBA students are required to complement classroom studies with a consulting project for a client. Students in small teams of 4-5 people carry out the projects.
Coached by ESMT professionals, students apply lessons learned from their MBA studies and knowledge gained from prior work experience to a relevant assignment. Projects are sponsored by companies and jointly designed by sponsors and ESMT faculty and/or students to be relevant for both the client and students.
For more information and examples from projects in the past, click here.
We would be keen to discuss project opportunities within your organization!
