ESMT Bites: August edition
This month's edition features the lecture by Bianca Schmitz, lecturer at ESMT Berlin: "Innovation culture in established firms"
Many established companies tend to label themselves as 'not innovative'—but is that really true? What if the challenge isn’t a lack of ideas, but a misunderstanding of what an innovation culture truly requires? During this MBA bite, we’ll take a closer look at how organizations can foster environments that not only spark creativity but also turn it into something real and valuable. It's not just about inspiration—it's about structure, leadership, and the right kind of tension.
