The event “Women in Leadership” will converge under the theme of leading with confidence. It will address questions vital to the advancement and empowerment of women in business, including how to tackle complex business issues successfully, how to shatter the imposter syndrome, and how to gain visibility in the workplace.

The speakers will host a series of sessions, each dedicated to bolstering women’s leadership skills, focusing on both professional advancement and self-development. Starting with strategies to control one’s professional narrative and improve career visibility, the focus will then shift to a female-centric approach to business problem-solving. The subsequent session will explore the neuroscience of self-compassion, its importance in fostering resilience and confidence, and methods for stepping out of the “constant doing” mode. The event will conclude with actionable strategies to boost career visibility and influence.
