ESMT Berlin reaffirms its position among Germany’s best employers

The results of the ranking “Germany’s Best Employers 2025” were compiled by the market research institute SWI Human Resources on behalf of Handelsblatt. The study recognized 185 companies out of around 2,000 participating organizations.

With a workforce representing more than 55 nationalities, ESMT offers a comprehensive package of benefits with a strong focus on compatibility of work and family responsibilities. This includes up to five days of paid leave per year to cover childcare needs. In addition, ESMT supports mental health and wellbeing, offers flexible working arrangements including mobile work, and provides a wide range of opportunities for professional and personal development. Employees can take language courses, benefit from internal exchange formats and participate in professional development programs free of charge or at reduced rates.
