βWe constantly work on expanding the breadth of courses offered in our degree programs, including our own new classes on sustainability and understanding geopolitical issues. We also increasingly offer additional extracurricular learning activities from our partner universities. With additional courses taking place online, we can offer our students even more flexibility and variety. At the same time, face-to-face residencies are and will remain a core part of our EMBA program and are highly appreciated by our students. They get to know the other participants better, receive peer coaching and feedback, and can discuss application of learning in various business sectors and functions,β says Konstantin Korotov, professor and EMBA faculty lead at ESMT.
The ESMT EMBA is a part-time program composed exclusively of mid- to senior-level managers. The EMBA comprises ten face-to-face modules. Every two months, students meet in Berlin for intensive six-day modules.
