​Joachim Wuermeling, executive in residence at ESMT's DEEP Institute, took part in a high-caliber panel organized by Börsen-Zeitung aimed at emphasizing that diversity in leadership is essential for the financial sector to effectively address complex challenges and better serve a diverse clientele.

ESMT Berlin has introduced full and partial scholarships for its executive education programs—Bringing Technology to Market, the General Management Seminar, and the Executive Transition Program—to enhance diversity in senior leadership roles by supporting candidates from varied backgrounds.

Stephanie Kluth, Director of Admissions at ESMT Berlin, was recently featured in Find MBA where she advised MBA applicants to apply early, as scholarship funds are limited and earlier applicants typically have better chances. She also noted that generic responses or recycled essays can hinder scholarship opportunities, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful, well-structured, and tailored applications. ​
