New ESMT Berlin Full-time MBA class starts with 54 percent women

Full time MBA class of 2024
This week, 37 students have started their full-time MBA program at ESMT Berlin (2022: 40). The new class is composed of 54 percent women and 46 percent men.

The students from 24 different countries are, on average, 30 years old and have six years of professional experience. More than half of the cohort come from the technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.

“We are very proud that the new full-time MBA class has achieved our goal of gender parity. With students holding 24 different nationalities, and coming from a multitude of undergraduate disciplines, industries and functions, their boutique learning experience promises to be very rich,” says Rebecca Loades, director MBA programs at ESMT Berlin.

The ESMT Full-time MBA provides students with the relevant skills they need to advance in their careers. The 15-month, general management, program, can be tailored to students’ individual needs and offers participants the opportunity to choose between specializations in managerial analytics, innovation and entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership. New to the program is the possibility to undertake an internship, and/or to participate in an international exchange. Following the program, students have two options: They can choose to complete a 3-6 month, full-supported, Responsible Leader’s Fellowship and apply their knowledge and skills to address social challenges in a developing country; or budding entrepreneurs can join the Vali Berlin Summer Entrepreneurship Program.
