Julia Langdon strengthens faculty at ESMT Berlin

Julia Langdon
Julia Langdon joined ESMT Berlin as an assistant professor of organizational behavior on August 1, 2023.

In her research, Julia Langdon focuses on how organizations can prevent key organizational members – senior executives, board members, and employees – from acting unethically by identifying the complex psychological contortions people use to justify unethical behavior. In addition, Langdon examines how people’s beliefs about morality and their reasoning about it affect their own behavior and the behavior of others in unexpected ways.

Julia Langdon received her PhD in Management from London Business School in 2023. She also holds a master’s degree in cognitive and decision sciences from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Warwick University.

With Julia Langdon, ESMT has 44 faculty members from 19 countries.
