Nadeshda Kreya

Nadeshda joined ESMT Berlin in 2025, where she serves as Program Director in the Executive Education division. In this role, she designs and leads high-impact learning journeys that empower leaders and organizations to navigate transformation. Her work focuses on leadership, strategy, innovation, organizational change, and culture—tailored for audiences from emerging managers to senior executives across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Prior to joining ESMT, Nadeshda worked at a boutique consulting firm recognized as a hidden champion in organizational development. There, she partnered with global and multinational corporations to shape organizational development initiatives and human capital strategies. Her consulting portfolio includes facilitating top-team alignment and development, co-creating and implementing leadership models, orchestrating leadership development ecosystems, and redesigning performance and incentive systems to support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Before transitioning into management consulting, Nadeshda gained valuable experience in contemporary art galleries—a formative chapter that cultivated her creative mindset, sharpened her critical thinking, and broadened her perspective. Today, she brings this multidimensional approach to her work at ESMT, weaving artistic and experiential elements into executive education (Artful Leadership Development) to foster reflective, bold, and compassionate leadership.

Nadeshda holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bonn and a second Master’s degree in Cultural Management from Sciences Po Paris. Originally from Russia, she relocated to Germany at age eleven—an experience that shaped her cultural sensitivity and appreciation for diverse perspectives in leadership.
