Joanna Radeke

Joanna Radeke is Director of the ESMT Institute for Sustainable Transformation and Director of Sustainability at ESMT Berlin. She manages the Sustainable Business Roundtable (SBRT) at ESMT, a peer-to-peer learning network of international companies interested in advancing their sustainability strategies and practices. She is also responsible for the Climate Governance Initiative Germany, founded by ESMT together with the German Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) and Board Academy e.V.. Joanna engages with companies and their stakeholders to advance sustainability strategies and implementation, and work to solve climate change and other societal problems. Joanna has joined ESMT in 2015.

Prior to joining ESMT, Joanna worked as a research associate and research analyst for a number of research projects at leading academic institutions such as the Hertie School of Governance, Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society, Freie Universität Berlin, London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Bristol.

Joanna serves on the Impact Advisory Board of Quadriga Capital.
