Mandy Hübener

Mandy joined ESMT’s Executive Education team as a Program Director in 2019. Prior to that, she was Head of Consulting Germany at Gallup, a research-based consultancy, leading a team of consultants and account leads and looking after a diverse portfolio of executive and organizational development programs for key accounts in EMEA.

Mandy's primary focus is on organizational culture and culture change. She aims to help leaders create exceptional workplaces where employees and teams excel and grow. Mandy is passionate about creating impact for organizations and helping leaders maximise their potential.

She has a background in banking and holds an MSc in Management and Strategy from LSE.
