Mandy Hübener

Mandy joined ESMT Berlin in 2019 and has served as Director of Executive Education since 2022. Over the past 13 years, she has contributed to designing and delivering leadership and organizational development programs across diverse clients and industries in Germany and Europe. Before joining ESMT, Mandy spent 8 years with the US consulting firm Gallup, with a focus on employee engagement and strengths-based leadership development. Mandy is passionate about lifelong learning and empowering leaders to drive positive change within their organizations. She is a co-author of "The Future of Executive Education," a comprehensive playbook for designing and delivering high-impact, transformative programs that drive positive change for individuals and organizations alike. She holds an MSc in Management and Strategy from LSE and has a professional background in banking.
