Bülent Gögdün

Bülent is responsible for Corporate Programs at ESMT Berlin. In this cluster, an amazing team of Program Directors and Program Managers are working with clients to support their transformation initiatives through learning and development. As the business environment is changing constantly, organizations and their people have to adapt themselves continuously. They need to master new challenges and find innovative answers to new questions. ESMT’s Corporate Programs help clients build up capabilities and grow their people for mastering the challenges of today and the future.

In his role as Program Director, Bülent is also designing and running programs. His clients are mostly mid-sized companies with cutting-edge technologies.

As a former strategy consultant, he still enjoys thinking about strategic questions. He is particularly interested in the question of how strategies can be communicated and implemented successfully. However, the topic he is most keen on exploring is finding happiness and meaning in the workplace. He believes that managers have the right to pay as much attention to happiness as to performance.

After finishing his engineering studies, Bülent joined Boston Consulting Group. Before starting at ESMT in 2005, he worked in the non-profit sector as a project manager.
