Beth Sibly

As Program Director at ESMT Berlin, Beth designs and delivers executive education programs that support leaders and organizations in transforming through learning and development. She is responsible for customized global leadership programs with international clients, with a focus on leadership in times of transformation. Beth also heads the executive program Geopolitics for Business.

Prior to joining ESMT, Beth worked for seven years at the Technical University of Berlin, where she was Director of Professional Education and International Summer Schools. She has managed corporate learning and development projects in Germany, China, and the US and spent six years in China, including several years working for Mercedes-Benz in Beijing.

Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from Berlin, a Bachelor of International Business (Honours) from Flinders University, and a Graduate Certificate of Marketing from the University of South Australia.
