Panel discussion on CSR reporting
Corporate social responsibility reporting - first experiences
April 29, 2019 at 18:00
ESMT Berlin, Schlossplatz 1, 10178 Berlin
Two years have passed since the adoption of the CSR Directive Implementation Act. Since 2017, companies of public interest with more than 500 employees have been required to make a non-financial declaration disclosing information related to environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, and the fight against corruption and bribery. Time to take stock.
- What are the legal issues involved in implementation?
- How do companies accept the rule?
- What are the practical problems of drafting?
- Do the published reports reach their addressees and will the objectives of EU-wide regulation ultimately be achieved?
We have discussed these and other questions with our speakers.
