International networking that builds meaningful business relations
Join us for a practical workshop on developing your international networking skills, hosted by ESMT Berlin in partnership with intercultural communication expert Kristina Roppelt.
Designed for prospective master's and MBA students, the session will offer practical recommendations, exercises, mini-games, and dedicated networking sessions, giving participants the chance to meet each other in a gently structured way without awkward silence.
During the in-person workshop, you’ll take practical steps to:
- use networking as an efficient tool, even if you don't enjoy it or try to avoid it
- network effectively in a new market and build connections that lead to business opportunities and job offers
- adjust networking style depending on the culture of your partner
- avoid networking fatigue and still gain meaningful results.
The event will be held in English. All participants will also receive the materials, slides and practical recommendations in a PDF afterwards.
