ESMT Berlin and Handelsblatt partner for Management Summer School

In today’s fast-paced business environment, effective leadership and change management are paramount. To support leaders in mastering the challenges they face, ESMT Berlin is collaborating with Handelsblatt to offer a specialized Management Summer School. Designed for management professionals and corporate leaders, this program provides Handelsblatt subscribers with a comprehensive suite of resources including articles, podcasts, video tutorials, and live talks featuring top management experts.

Beginning July 15, Handelsblatt will publish four exclusive learning journeys developed by ESMT and specifically curated for Handelsblatt. These educational experiences are facilitated by leadership expert Konstantin Korotov, professor of organizational behavior, and Chengwei Liu, associate professor of strategy and behavioral science. These sessions equip executives with practical tools and insights to drive effective change within organizations. The topics include:

Learning Journey 1 on July 15: What type of power do you have?
Learning Journey 2 on July 16: How to make better decisions during transformations.
Learning Journey 3 on July 17: What role does your personality play in change processes?
Learning Journey 4 on July 18: How to assemble the perfect team.
