Enrolling at ESMT Berlin means joining a highly international class where you can begin to create a strong network for your future career and learn from the varied, global experiences of your peers. The community you will join will be culturalyl diverse but also one that represents a multitude of different academic backgrounds and distinct career goals.

  • Master in Global Management class profile

    The Master in Global Management class of 2023 - 2025 boasts a highly diverse set of students, with women making up a majority of the class. As you learn how to steer a global corporation, immersive global experiences play a central role. As well as opportunities to study abroad, learn new languages or take internships in other countries, the international nature of the class is also a great opportunity to prepare for a career working across national and cultural borders.

    MGM stats: 53% of program's participants are women. 68% are from outside of Germany

    Participants of the Master in Global Management represent 35 countries. 57% of the program's 2023 - 2025 participants come from Europe, with the other 43% coming from Asia, Africa and the Americas.

    You'll be joined by more than just students who took Business Studies or Management for their bachelor' degrees. While these students do make up the majority, the other 47% of the class of 2023 - 2025 has large shares of students with backgrounds in engineering, economics, humanities, chemistry and marketing.

  • Master in Analytics and AI class profile

    In the Master in Analytics and Innovation, 90% of students come from outside of Germany.

    The Master in Analytics and AI class of 2023 - 2025 is the most international of the three master programs at ESMT Berlin. 90% of students come from outside of Germany and a majority of students (51%) come from outside of Europe.

    The Master in Analytics and AI is designed to prepare you to work at the intersection of data analytics, AI and business strategy. This is reflected in the 2023 - 2025 class' previous studies which spans business studies, management, IT, economics and engineering.

  • Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship class profile

    The Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship's class of 2023 - 2025 prepares students from across the world to conceptualize, execute and scale innovative new ideas. 77% of students in the program are from outside of Germany, with 39% coming from outside of Europe.

    Those studying for a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the 2023 - 2025 class have a varied background when it comes to their previous studies. Economics narrowly dominates as the topic of choice with 32% having studies it before enrolling at ESMT Berlin, with Engineering, Management and Business Studies also common among this cohort.

All master programs class profile

149 students make up the three master programs at ESMT Berlin. With an average age of 23, the current class of 2023 - 2025 is highly international — 76% are from outside of Germany, 45% from outside Europe. In total, the master students in this cohort represent 49 nationalities.

Students of the three master programs at ESMT come from a variety of academic backgrounds. Although business studies and management students make up the largest share, the majority of students in the 2023 to 2025 class are coming to ESMT with degrees in other topics such as Economics, Engineering, IT or communications.
