Global Online MBA: class profile overview

As a flexible, fully online program, our Global Online MBA attracts participants from around the globe, across many different functions and industries.

With more than three-quarters of our participants from outside Germany, and an average professional background of ten years, our Global Online MBAs bring experience, expertise, and diversity into the classroom. The result is a rich learning experience and a network of peers around the globe – and all accessible from the comfort of home.

Our Global Online MBA students bring diversity into the classroom that goes beyond geographies. 

Participants join the program from a wide range of industries, adding expertise and breadth to classroom discussions.

Peer-to-peer learning across functions

With an average of ten years work experience, our Global Online MBAs bring a wealth of knowledge with them into the classroom.

Among the students enrolled in 2026, there is no one major theme when it comes to background. Instead, the Global Online MBA unites people from multiple functions: project management, research and development, marketing, operations, consultancy, and more.
