Consulting Club
We empower future consultants at ESMT Berlin to solve real world problems and excel in the consulting industry.
Who we are
The ESMT Consulting Club is a student-led organization at ESMT Berlin, dedicated to preparing students for high-impact careers in consulting. In addition to offering resources and networking opportunities, we provide members with practical experience by engaging in real consulting projects. Guided by our vision to solve complex problems through diverse perspectives, our goal is to develop the next generation of consultants through valuable learning and collaboration.
What we do
- Consulting projects: Exclusive access to real consulting projects where members apply their skills to solve business challenges.
- Networking & industry preparation: Monthly activities such as interview prep, case study workshops, and networking events to develop consulting expertise.
- Industry engagement: Connect with top consultants through events, webinars, and workshops to expand industry knowledge.

Successfully completed real-life client projects, conducted several workshops and presentations with internal and external experts, and collaborated with consulting firms for company presentations and visits.

Investment & Fintech Club
Our vision is to empower students and alumni to become successful investors by providing access to education, investment opportunities, and networking events.
What we do
We are doing three major activities:
- Learn Series: A monthly learning program tailored to enhance investing capabilities within the ESMT community.
- Connect Series: Establish a network with industry professionals with the aim of gaining exposure to market trends, and career options within the sector.
- Portfolio Management: Provide members with real-world investment experience through hands-on management of the Club Investment Fund. Currently, we are managing a portfolio worth €94,000.

What we do
We organize a variety of events and initiatives to engage with the latest tech trends and industry insights, including:
- Berlin Product Managers meetups (in collaboration with BPM) – A quarterly event where product managers and tech professionals come together to exchange insights, discuss industry best practices.
- Internal tech discussions – Deep dives into emerging trends like open banking, AI, automation, and more, where members learn from each other.
- Panel discussions with guest speakers – Conversations with industry experts and startup founders on the future of technology and innovation.
- Hackathon participation – Joining hackathons to collaborate, build, and test new ideas in real-world challenges.
- Research meetups – Exploring cutting-edge developments and discussing how they can be applied in different industries.

From high-impact hackathons and Building Workshops to Roundtables and co-founder matchmaking, the Venture Club brings the innovation ecosystem straight to ESMT's doorstep. We provide hands-on building experience, insider access to successful founders and a powerful network to help you identify ideas and opportunities, and discover whether entrepreneurship is right for you.
What we want to achieve
Our vision is to establish ESMT as the premier international talent hub for Europe's venture landscape. We want to be the primary bridge between Berlin’s vibrant startup ecosystem and global Talent/Founders, creating the next generation of industry-defining companies and roles right here on campus.
Women in Leadership Club
Our motto is “Unity in femininity”. At the Women In Leadership club, we believe that true empowerment lies in the unity and collective strength of women.
Who we are
Our mission is to create a safe and supportive space where women from all walks of life can come together, embrace their femininity, and uplift one another on their journeys towards personal and professional growth.
We strive to foster a sense of sisterhood, where women can share their experiences, learn from each other's successes and challenges, and find inspiration in the diverse perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table. By celebrating our unique qualities and recognizing the power that lies within our femininity, we aim to cultivate an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and encouragement.
Through our programs and initiatives, we equip women with the tools and resources necessary to break through societal barriers, overcome self-doubt, and confidently pursue their aspirations. We empower our members to embrace their authenticity, find their voice, and boldly assert their presence in leadership roles, boardrooms, and

What we do
We foster a strong sense of community among our members. Each year, we organize a special event featuring women panelists to discuss relevant and thought-provoking topics. This year, our event spanned three days:
- On the first day, we explored how to find your own leadership style.
- On the second day, we focused on building a personal brand.
- On the third day, we discussed strategies for achieving financial independence and a salary negotiation´s workshop.
In addition to our annual event, we host various workshops and meetings to engage with topics that matter to our community.
For example, we recently conducted a workshop titled "How to Tackle Group Work: Why Is It Acceptable for Men to Take the Lead but Problematic for Women?"
