This course will help you detect and overcome the barriers to effective decisions in your teams and organizations.
Data-driven decisions
Develop your critical thinking, analysis and creativity skills, with particular focus on the application of quantitative frameworks to specific business settings such as marketing, finance, and human resources.
Ethics and responsibility
The course addresses selected ethical and sustainability implications of managerial decision-making – challenges typically arising as soon as conflicting interest of different stakeholders are involved – to understand how great organizations can successfully manage to create value and benefit for multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Negotiations
This course will help you negotiate effectively and reach better agreements in your professional and private relationships. You will be provided with a conceptual framework for analyzing negotiations, enabling you to organize and leverage your own negotiation experience. You will learn how to not only claim but also create value during negotiations. In addition, you will develop skills to handle challenging and complex negotiation situations such as negotiating in teams, crosscultural negotiations, as well as multiparty and multi-issue negotiations, where coalition dynamics become an important determinant of success.

Course materials, including mini-lectures and interactive activities, are built into this module to allow studying at your own pace. The interactive sessions, assignments, and projects are available any time on the Hub to fit into your schedule. All courses contain a mixture of group and independent study, and assessment will take place throughout each module through a series of assignments and projects.
- Qualifying Allianz athletes will need to meet the following criteria:
- Strong English language skills
- Undergraduate degree (desired) - transcripts will be required
- GMAT, GRE or the ESMT admission test1 may be requested
- Students will spend on average 15 hours a week studying.
- This includes working through course materials, group and individual work, and completing exams and assignments
- The Foundation module has been developed to ease students back into study and provide a solid foundation for the rest of the program.
Irrespective of the delivery option chosen, the program fee includes the following:
- All course materials and access to the learning platform
- Live professor and tutor hours:
- Foundation: 3 hours
- Decision making: 9 hours (3 hrs per course)
- Negotiation: 2 hours
- Weekly tutor hours per course
- Smart Certificate upon the successful completion of each course
