Good strategy needs to define objectives, visions, and targets to orientate the organization. It provides room for operational units and teams to maneuver by defining what we are and what we are not, in order to work with force in the same direction.
Analyzing common pitfalls and how to approach them with underlying case studies, along with the expertise of our host Olaf Plötner, has not only provided me with new perspectives but also led to very fruitful discussions within the groups.
