βI am very excited to welcome such a diverse cadre of students to the ESMT Full-time MBA program,β said Rebecca Loades, director, career accelerator programs. βWith this class we are tantalizingly close to achieving gender parity, and collectively they bring more than 267 years of diverse managerial, industrial, and functional experience into the classroom. Their diversity ensures an impactful learning experience from which the entire ESMT community will benefit.β
The ESMT Full-time MBA is designed to help students develop the skills and experiences needed to move ahead in their careers or to change career paths. Academic theory is blended with practical application, complemented by leadership and professional development. While focused on general management, students of the 14-month program choose between three specializations: managerial analytics, innovation and entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership. Post-program options include a financially supported six-month Responsible Leaders Fellowship during which graduates provide pro-bono services to organizations that create social impact. With more than 80 percent of students remaining in Germany, the program excels at bringing international talent to German businesses.
ESMT ranks first in Germany and seventh in Europe according to the Financial Times European Business School Ranking 2021. It is the first business school in Germany ever to be included in the European top 10.
