ESMT Leadership Programs
ESMT is fostering sustainable leadership. In every program, we create a safe psychological environment where leaders can openly reflect on their biases, discuss their challenges and support each other to overcome difficulties. ESMT faculty, with their specific research and academic background, is part of this learning community, where diversity and inclusion are manifesting. We specifically install diverse participant groups, being led also by the idea of diversity of thought. If program design requires a certain level of experience, we pick different industries and care for cultural diversity. ESMT is supporting women in executive positions through scholarships in senior and advanced management programs. By adding NGO scholarships we add a valuable – from a business perspective a different one – perspective to leadership and management topics.

We turn innovation into an organizational perspective: Leaders are entrepreneurs – crafting the culture, business, strategy, markets, and their strategic and operational network. Within and outside their companies. They need new ignition and exchanges on opportunities and risks, success and failure to boost innovation, and creativity and lead talented, experienced, and empowered people.
Trust and exchange translate into learning in psychologically safe places. This is why we do not accept competitors in open programs. During the admissions process, we release the participant group structure to our partners to provide the best setting. We cooperate for the best learning experience.
