Listen to this episode

Dr. Nakeema Stefflbauer is the founder of FrauenLoop, a nonprofit organization that selects and trains motivated women-identified persons for professional jobs in emerging tech.

Dr. Stefflbauer holds MA and PhD degrees in Modern Middle East History from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

In episode #10 of Campus 10178, the ESMT Berlin podcast, Dr. Stefflbauer speaks with host Tammi L. Coles about why she made the leap to the IT ecosystem and why she’s created organizations and networks to help other women-identified persons and people of color do the same, despite a context troubled by sexism, racism, and xenophobia.
