Our September edition features a lecture from lecture by Rebecca Schaumberg, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin. The topic will be When Calling a Task "Easy'" Backfires. Join us to explore what happens after someone begins a task they were told is easy – and why struggling with something "easy" can activate feelings of shame, reduce help-seeking, and even undermine feelings of pride in success.
