Extra Sports Club is committed to bringing all students together through exciting and engaging sports activities. Our mission is to foster a strong, inclusive community where everyone—regardless of skill level—can stay active, have fun, and build lasting connections. We promote teamwork, well-being, and a passion for sports

Net Impact Club
Where business meets impact! Net Impact ESMT Berlin is a hub for changemakers using innovation to drive sustainability and social good.
Who we are
Net Impact ESMT Berlin is a community of changemakers driving sustainability and social impact through business. Our mission is to empower future leaders with skills, connections, and opportunities to create meaningful change. Through partnerships, innovation, and action, we bridge business and impact while also leading fundraisers and sustainability initiatives to support our community and the planet.
What we do
- Workshops & events – We host discussions on climate change, sustainability, and social impact, fostering awareness and action.
- Pro-bono consulting – We support organizations (startups, large corporates, and NGOs in social impact and green tech with strategic insights.
- Fundraising – We organize fundraisers to support important causes. For example, in partnership with Action Education Haiti, we hold an annual fundraiser since 2014 to support students’ education in Haiti.
- Campus Sustainability initiatives – Partnering with Sustainability Ambassadors, we drive green initiatives at ESMT Berlin.
- Off-campus cleanups & community projects – We collaborated with partners like Brose and Siemens Healthineers for sustainability initiatives such as park clean-ups.

Pride Impact Club
At the Pride Impact Club, We tear down walls whether they exist within us, between us, or between us and the world.
Who we are
We believe in creating a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive community for LGBTQIA+ students and allies at ESMT Berlin – a home base for queer students and alumni, especially international students who are new to the city and looking for their community.
What we do
Through Berlin tours, movie nights, Pride events, and nights out, we build community and connection. Through keynote talks, panels with queer professionals, and collaborations with ESMT faculty on DEI, we help members grow into more conscious, effective leaders. And through partnerships with other Berlin university queer groups, we build visibility across the city. Join us, grow with us, and help us shape a future where diversity is celebrated.
What we want to achieve
Our priority is a fun, light-hearted safe space for queer students and alumni – a place to land, especially if you're new to Berlin. Alongside that, we're building inclusive leadership through DEI education, and shaping our calendar around what members actually want to see (look out for our annual survey!). Events center queer experiences and perspectives – allies are always welcome.
