​​​​​​Vitor Gebara (ESMT alumnus) co-founded Mindsurance. The company creates a way to connect employees with world-class mental health care and allows employees to connect with therapists, coaches, and digital mental health tools that are certified and backed by insurance companies.

Alexander Kudlich (ESMT alumnus): The Berlin-based venture capital firm 468 Capital, of which Alexander is General Partner, raised €210 million last week via a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Moreover, 468 Capital just announced the closing of their new Fund II. With approximately $400 million, it is currently the largest seed-stage fund in Europe. Since its incorporation in 2020, the firm has raised a total of $1.3 billion and made more than 50 investments.

Sean Wiid (ESMT alumnus): UP42 joins the BDI NewSpace Initiative on its mission to foster the German economy and innovation. Sean took over the company as CEO more than a year ago. UP42 brings together data from leading geospatial data providers with powerful analytics in a user-friendly platform and marketplace.
