Suspension of on-site teaching

May 13, 2020

In compliance with the Berlin Senate’s recommendation, ESMT Berlin is suspending degree program on-campus teaching in the Learning Center (former State Council building) at least until June 5, starting Friday, March 13. The administrative offices remain open.

ESMT Berlin is carefully monitoring current developments, safety advice, and alerts regarding the outbreak of novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to be able to respond swiftly if the need arises. We are following the recommendations and instructions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Robert Koch Institut (RKI) in Germany. We are regularly checking updates from both institutions to inform our community if the situation within Germany or Berlin changes. The RKI continues to assess the risk to the health of the population in Germany as high.

The emergency number in Berlin to call in case of suspected Corona infection is +49 30 9028 28 28. This service is available only in German, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
