Secure Digital Identities Showcase Program
The accompanying research, consisting of ESMT, EY, and Nimbus Technology Consulting, is part of the "Secure Digital Identities Showcase Program," in which the four showcase projects ID-Ideal, IDunion, ONCE, and SDIKA are developing and testing solutions for secure digital identities on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
The name of the accompanying research encompasses its function and role: It supports the showcase projects and works with them to create an ecosystem for self-determined, secure digital identities in Germany and Europe.
