Compact program for senior executives

Sustainable companies need leaders who can meet the demands of structural change in our working world. In the two-day ESMT program "Gamechanger", we analyze with you the mindset required for this. In addition, you will learn how to lead employees and high-performance teams, empower them to take responsibility, and use their strengths profitably. Furthermore, we will show you the signs of burn-out and ways to counteract them in time. We will also look at collaboration at the leadership level and examine the role that "luck" plays in business success. Last but not least, we will address the corporate culture that includes an LGBTQ and an international workforce and knows how to leverage their potential.

The program will be complemented by two in-depth virtual roundtables.
