How do diversity and inclusion support the handling of the challenges corporates are facing today?

 

Corporates are facing several, partly disruptive developments today. Migration and a new demographic development. Climate change and new regulations. New technology and a mixed workforce. To tackle these challenges, different strategies are used in the various segments and regions of the world. What strategies are most promising?

Simone Menne, international Non-executive Board Member and former Chief Financial officer, will discuss the thesis that corporates with a mixed workforce and a management which is actively including the different culture be better prepared for the global challenges of today.

About the speaker

Simone Menne started her career for ITT, later joining Deutsche Lufthansa. In 2012, Simone Menne was appointed CFO and stayed in this position till 2015. She worked as CFO at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2016 to 2017. In both companies she was responsible for the foundation of the digital lab. Simone Menne serves as non-executive board member for BMW, DPDHL, JCI, and Springer Nature.
