Unlock the skills, mindset and behaviors of effective leadership

Executive education program in English

Learn how to maximize your effectiveness as a leader and overcome the key challenges of leadership:

  • How can you identify your team’s strengths and empower them to achieve success?
  • How can bolster you leadership by creating an effective professional network?
  • How can you build influence with other decision makers to support your initiatives?
  • How can you spot, diagnose and remedy toxic organizational dynamics?

The Leading People and Teams program functions as a leadership laboratory, where you can experiment in a challenging but safe environment to uncover your blind spots as a leader and unlock effective leadership, while developing strategies that will help you get the most out of your team.

This program requires active participation in the classroom for all four days.

"Nearly a decade after finishing my last formal academic training, I recently had the privilege of participating in the program “Leading People and Teams” at ESMT Berlin. This was a very intense learning experience, along with a very heterogenous group of fellow leaders from around the globe."
